Market Analysis: SEO Digital and client mutually develop a shared marketing vision. This is to define & develop your online marketing goals.

Search Engine Visibility Technical and Linking Analysis: A Search Engine Visibility and Linking Analysis are performed to identify your website’s search engine visibility, navigability and optimization opportunities.

Search Engine Marketing Action Plan: SEO Digital will develop a Search Engine Marketing Action Plan with you to identify immediate, short term, & long term strategies for your online marketing goals.

Keyword Marketing Analysis: SEO Digital performs a keyword market analysis on your specific industry, identifying keywords used to find your products and/or services. We then generate a keyword list based on your marketing goals and website pages. We work with you to select the keywords to be targeted for ranking.

Title/Mega Tag Creation: SEO Digital creates customized Met tags based upon the approval keyword list. You are responsible for uploading the Title/Meta tag changes on the website pages & notifying SEO Digital that the updates have been made.

Page Content Development: SEO Digital will perform an analysis of the content currently used on your site. If we determine your site needs relevant content in order to target specific keyword phrases. Professional copywriters will write r elevant content and provide a draft copy for your approval. This is to ensure that it portrays the proper message to website visitors while still being optimized for your keywords.

Manual Search Engine Submissions: Google, AltaVista, AOL Search, HotBot, Lycos, iWon.com, MSN Search, Yahoo, Netscape Search, Open Directory (DMOZ), LookSmart, Fast Search, About.com, Ask Jeeves, and Teoma.

Site Map: SEO Digital will create a site map for your optimized pages. You are responsible for uploading onto the website.

Additional Optimization For Existing Pages: After the initial 10 sets of Meta tags and copy are created, the SEO Digital team will perform additional Keyword Analysis for creation of Meta tags and copy for up to 3 fully optimized pages per month throughout the life of this agreement. Each additional optimized page will include up to 7 different keywords that will be targeted for improved search engine positioning for an existing page.

Additional Page Creation: If additional optimization is required, SEO Digital will increase the depth and breadth of your website by creating up to 5 additional optimized pages that conform to the conceptual design of your website and enhanced to improve search engine positioning. You are responsible for hosting these pages on their own servers*.

Link Builder: Link popularity is a valuable component of any successful Search Engine Optimization campaign and plays an important roll in boosting your overall rankings. We will develop at least 10 links per month for your website from relevant sites. In addition to increasing search engine rankings, these inbound links will assist with referral traffic and increase brand awareness.

Iterative Marketing: Your personal Search Engine Marketing Team provides support, advice and ongoing optimization services. Continued service ensures that SEO Digital is able to adjust and enhance any optimization techniques in response to search engine algorithm or requirement changes.
